Bethel University is Hiring a 1st Shift University Custodian Near Paul, MN
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, tasks, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate and work with staff and student employees to accomplish goals, metrics, and responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the Bethel Community and its guests through the completion of work orders, radio calls, projects, and event setups.

- Seasonal duties snow shoveling, leaf removal, etc.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team.
- Must have an excellent customer-service attitude.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Must be able to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple duties.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to be physically active and to walk for extended periods of time.
- Complies with environmental health and safety requirements and procedures as outlined in University and State policies and directives.
- This position is considered essential personnel and must be available outside of normal working hours if needed to support contingency operations such as snow removal or support of special events.
- 40 hours per week, 12 months a year position.
- Will require overtime.
- Pay $16.50/hr
