• Assist in the delivery of IT projects by adhering to a standardized project management methodology and ensuring projects abide to time, budget, and scope requirements
• Assist in the planning and execution of rolling out retail software releases by facilitating stakeholder meetings, collating release documentation, updating deployment schedules, and providing deployment support.
• Facilitate project stand-up calls, capture minutes and RAID log items with assigned owners (e.g., open questions, risks, issues, opportunities, dependencies), follow-up on identified action items.
• Align with project stakeholders to develop project objectives and outline project scope requirements
• Create and maintain document repositories of project deliverables, making the latest approved version of key documents accessible to all stakeholders
• Assist with the creation of Technology project status documentation, including weekly status updates, project summary presentations, and more to ensure an accurate project status is communicated business-wide
• Identify and escalate project risks and blockers
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to mitigate project risks and blockers
• Perform post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and project successes

• Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time

• 3 years of experience assisting in the delivery of technical projects in a fast-paced environment or 3 years of experience working in an IT support role
• 10% of travel is required for on-site workshops, team meetings, vendor meetings, deployment support, etc.
• Ability to successfully work across cultures and time zones, driving team cohesion and effectiveness
• Willingness to work varied schedules to accommodate the coordination of deployments and post-deployment support
• Superior communication & interpersonal skills are required
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience working alongside a wide range of stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties
• Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc. to maintain project documentation and facilitate stakeholder collaboration is preferred
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Coursework in business, technology, or project management is preferred
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $69,920 to $91,770. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
