The Global Service Delivery Manager (GSDM) will lead and inspire teams across multiple continents to provide top-tier outsourced IT solutions for one of our prestigious clients. The GSDM will collaborate closely with other areas of the business to shape and execute strategic initiatives within the program.

What will you do?

• Lead and Inspire: oversee Field Services teams across the globe.
• Strategic Partnership: drive strategy of the global program.
• Drive Excellence: ensure the operational success of your teams and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Influence and Innovate: champion innovation and transformation initiatives while identifying opportunities to expand our relationship and service offerings.
• Ensure Excellence: guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and meet all contractual commitments.
• Financial Stewardship: manage financials to stay within budget.
• Versatile Contributor: perform other related duties as assigned.

• Deep Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of IT industry dynamics.
• Proven Leadership: Bring 5 years of experience managing Field Services teams, with global team management experience being a significant advantage.
