Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales departments in various tasks to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the broader team while being able to execute marketing campaigns with the appropriate autonomy. Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products/services and increase market share.

Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Support the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining CRM databases.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.

Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing and/or sales coordination roles.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
