Better Business Bureau of Eastern Carolinas is currently looking for a part time Customer Service & Information Specialist to join our operations staff.
The primary responsibility will be answering phone calls coming through our general phone line. Callers request information on various subjects including specific BBB Business Profiles, BBB’s dispute resolution process, potential scam information, and other general marketplace advice.
Additional tasks include data entry, quality assurance, lead generation and other operational support, including Live Chat operator.
Qualifications:
Pay- $16/hour
