- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic: The candidate should possess strong moral principles and a diligent approach to their work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Effective communication is crucial in this role to build and maintain strong working relationships with Accredited Businesses.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting: The candidate should have some experience or knowledge in analyzing and reporting data, which will be useful in assessing the performance and impact of Accreditation.
- Hardworking, and dependable: The candidate should be reliable, dedicated, and willing to put in the necessary effort to meet the expectations of the role.
- Self-motivated, persistent and goal oriented: The ideal candidate should possess intrinsic motivation, persistence, and a focus on achieving set goals.
- Batchelor’s degree, preferably in business and marketing: While a degree in business or marking is preferred, equivalent work experience may also be considered.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
