The position of Cardiovascular Service Line Director involves overseeing all aspects of cardiovascular operations, including:

Responsibilities:

• Managing and Mentoring Staff: Leading the team, providing guidance, and ensuring staff development.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Creating and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
• Accreditation and Accountability: Preparing and maintaining accreditation standards and ensuring accountability.
• Budget and Productivity: Managing the program's budget and productivity metrics.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA.
• Experience:
• Minimum: Seven years of healthcare experience with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Preferred: Experience in a for-profit hospital setting.
• Required: Leadership, program development, budget management, productivity oversight, and clinical experience.
• Skills: Strong human relations and interpersonal skills.
• Licensure: Current NM RN license.
• Certification: BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, exempt position.
• Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
• Bonus: $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus.
