This is an exciting opportunity to join as an associate producer, working directly with our other producers and coordinating producers on the video team, content departments, and talent and helping build the overall video function.
As an associate producer, you will assist with all of our live shows - working directly with the producers on the team as well as the Coordinating and Senior Producer to build and create all elements of a show, put together VOs, SOTs, build graphics, pitch creative segments and work directly in our live control room. From a tech standpoint, you will work with the team to learn each aspect of the control room - video playback, live graphics, audio, teleprompter, and switcher. You will be a critical part in making the show get on air seeing it from start to finish.

Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000

You will…
- Work closely with the production team to help build and produce numerous live shows and VOD content
- Build video content using Adobe Premiere
- Build Graphics using Adobe Photoshop and live graphics using Singular
- Pitch and help execute new segment ideas for established shows and live streams
- Assist with studio setup and work in the control room for shows - including but not limited to, running prompter, graphics, video elements
- Work with social producers to choose short and long-form clips from the show to be edited and distributed across all Action Network social platforms.
- 1-2 years of experience working in live video production
- In-depth sports knowledge and learn new technology quickly
- Experience in video editing, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
- Great attention to detail, creativity, and eagerness to create live content from scratch
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a number of situations
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends and willing to work in our NYC Flatiron office
- Experience working in a studio or in a control room (including, but not limited to experience on OBS and/or VMIX, Singular, running a switcher, Teleprompter)
- In-depth sports betting knowledge
- Video production skills including lighting, cameras, audio, etc.
