You are… Knowledgeable in social and digital media platforms, placements, buying strategies and analytics with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have worked within paid media analytics, planning and buying, and will be an expert on analyzing media (primarily video content) and contextualizing both performance and audience data to provide insights for our commercial sales team and media agencies/brand partners.
You will...
  • Analyze media performance and audience data in platform and via consolidated dashboard solutions to bring forward insights, recommend optimizations, and provide reporting
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform content and media strategies that align with clients’ goals and target audiences
  • Own qualitative and quantitative research in the RFP process and offer strategic (brand/digital) analysis and recommendations for client proposals
  • Collaborate on media plans, making recommendations for estimated impressions, CPMs, and budgets and provide audience data as needed
  • Work closely with the social media team, paid media team, and account managers to ensure branded campaigns are posted correctly, client impression/KPIs are hit and paced appropriately, and reporting is done accurately
  • Work closely with the Director of Content to analyze content performance across O&O channels on a weekly and monthly basis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Ongoing tracking and reporting of all media performance, including supporting account managers with daily/weekly reporting of integrated marketing campaigns for clients
  • Oversee programmatic advertising for podcasts across YouTube and audio platforms
  • Collaborate with ad ops teams to ensure tagging is in place to track identified objectives, KPIs and Goals
  • Ensure best practices within channels are in place
  • Consume the industry and competition and provide feedback to team
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to incorporate them into client strategies
You have...
  • Previous experience producing video podcasts
  • Experience working with celebrities and/or professional athletes
  • A strong understanding of the video podcast landscape
  • Confidence being on-camera as needed to keep the host on track, listeners engaged, and ensure the show runs smoothly
  • Strong communication skills and are highly organized
  • Experience managing editors and production staff
  • The ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
