This role is an in office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is an Exempt Salary starting at $175,000 - $225,000 . This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing and supervising employees in the IT and facilities teams.
  • Overseeing all IT operations and infrastructure.
  • Overseeing facilities and working with building management to maintain the office and building access needs.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT and facilities projects in line with organizational objectives.
  • Liaising with other departments to determine requirements and address their IT and facilities needs.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and optimal health of technology systems.
  • Responsible for data integrity, data analytics, databases and data warehouse.
  • Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
  • IT change management, compliance and meeting audit requirements.
  • Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.
  • Manage financial budgets, billing and performance reports for IT and facilities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.
  • Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist staff, as needed to maintain SLAs and company service standards.
What we are looking for:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of IT experience and 5 years of IT management experience
  • Background working for Financial Services companies, preferably debt settlement.
  • Experience managing IT staff for organizations with 500 employees.
  • Hands on experience with managing IT systems and enterprise systems
  • Experience overseeing VoIP software and phone systems (YTEL is our primary platform, Vonage, RingCentral, CallHippo, etc.)
    • We want to see someone with a diverse portfolio of different systems - the more the better!
  • Experience with data reporting software systems and report generation (Domo, Zoho, Tableau, Looker, etc.) - the more platforms you have worked with the better
  • Background overseeing, analyzing, and implementing CRM software systems (we are using Forth) but want to see diverse experience (SalesForce, Monday, SugarCRM, Apptivo, etc.)
  • Working knowledge and experience with managing data and data warehouses.
  • Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Master's Degree is highly desirable
  • Advanced certifications in IT and Cloud Platforms
  • Experience with Debt Settlement software platforms (DebtPayPro/DPP, Forth, etc.) a huge plus
