SME for all business systems. This person will own day to day maintenance as well as Business
Systems Architecture
Manage systems analysts, who own individual systems used by the business (dispatch software) and
hardware management.
Provide strategic and day-to-day direction for team based on the Director’s input in order to support
Company goals.
Manage Hardware and IT asset management
Gather detailed business requirements to support business needs aligned with key departmental goals.
Engage in network and systems administration.
Manage the Company’s information technology vendors.
Manage the Company’s cyber security.
Configure and maintain the Company’s Active Directory.
Engage in facilities IT support.
Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks
and information.
Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols for the position’s areas of
responsibility.
Develop technical solutions to automate repeatable tasks.
Take ownership of systems configuration, administration and support.
Lead design of new customer setup and new business processes within business systems
Actively work toward standardized systems processes between customers and facilities
Monitor IT tickets and ensure priority items are being worked according to SLA’s
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or in a related field or equivalent
work experience required.
6 years’ experience in system engineering and IT support required.
Proven track record of success in installation and maintenance of software.
Proven track record of managing teams.
Experience creating automated scripts and software preferred.
Exceptional networking skills and knowledge.
