**Duties:**

- Assist clients in determining property values for buying or selling purposes

- Conduct market analysis to educate clients on current trends

- Prepare and promote properties for sale

- Educate clients on contracts and disclosure agreements

- Negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients

- Coordinate inspections and closing processes for clients

**Experience:**

- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and Real Estate law

- Proficiency in property management and customer service

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in real estate administrative tasks

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
