Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to our clients. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients in their daily activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, as well as any changes in client's condition.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Skills:
- Experience in senior care or nursing is preferred.
- Knowledge of direct support systems and procedures.
- Proficient in meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to provide compassionate care.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
- Understanding of nursing home regulations and standards.
