Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Medicare Agent to join our sales team. As a Medicare Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complex landscape of Medicare, helping them navigate various plans and options available. This Medicare Advisor position is an Inside Sales role offering a competitive base hourly wage plus commissions, renewals, bonuses, and more! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking career growth or a leadership role! The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. We offer a BASE pay along with commission, bonus, and residual income.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond via telephone to requests from prospects seeking help with their Medicare needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' healthcare needs and financial situations.
  • Educate clients on the different Medicare plans, including Part A, Part B, Part C, and Part D.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' circumstances.
  • Assist clients in enrolling in suitable Medicare plans and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in Medicare policies and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • GA insurance license preferred or willing to obtain in 14 days.
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent insurance sales work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales/customer service role.
  • Experience in any line of business within the Insurance industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Benefits:
