Responsibilities
- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process.
- Ensure that all guest accounts are properly settled.
- Provide information about the resort’s facilities, services, and surrounding areas.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist guests with any issues or emergencies during the night shift.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and handling phone calls.
- Update and maintain guest records and management reports (including nightly reports.
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the area is a plus
- Self-starter and able to work well independently
- Computer knowledge
- Must be dependable and people-oriented
