Job Overview:
Better Way Products is currently seeking Full-Time Production Team Members to join our family. Better Way Products prides itself on our amazing company culture! Pay is based on experience and is up to $18.00 per hour for 1st shift. We offer an addition $1.00 per hour for Perfect Attendance each week with opportunity to earn a Quarterly Bonus as well as Yearly Bonus!
We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals to work in our Lamination Area. This would include Rollers and Choppers. Possible opportunity in our RTM area as well.
Prior Fiberglass experience is a plus!!
