The Store Director is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service, store operations, leading and developing Team Leaders, Associate Team Leaders, and Team Members. Assumes total responsibility for the store.

· Operational skills– knowledge of company procedures, company policy and analysis of financial data.
· Builds a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect and exceptional morale. Leads by example.
· Leader in understanding, implementing and “living” the company Core Values.
· High standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance. Ensure that retail standards are being met or exceeded at all times.
· Ability to communicate well to and with Customers, Team Members, Corporate Support Members and Ownership Group.
· Creative and innovative thinking on addressing problems and situations. Uses creativity in building sales and customer service.
· Strong skills in understanding the market, competition and adapting to these influences.· Inclusive and open communication style, which inspires Team Members, sets clear expectations and develops Team Members to excellence.

· Support Team Member growth and development by promoting a culture of training.· Provide ideas and suggestions that contribute to the growth of the store and company.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Three or more years of experience in a Store Leadership role or equivalent with a demonstrated record of success.
· Demonstrated strong Operational Execution skills.
· High energy, enthusiastic – really into living a healthy lifestyle.
· Goal oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
· Extremely organized and able to multi-task many priorities.
· Possesses sound judgment; level headed and fair minded.
· Strong decision making skills, critical thinking, and analysis. Excellent team building skills.
· Thorough knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store.
Essential Job Functions:
Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat. Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds. Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)
