We are an award-winning, entrepreneurial intellectual property (“IP”) law firm that is on track for aggressive growth. We need an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join our team and work directly with our litigation attorneys to help our clients. The person we hire must be able to hit the ground running and work independently. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be very knowledgeable about the processes and procedures involved with federal court litigation and must have unmatched personal and professional integrity. Knowledge about Florida state court is also desired. This may be a hybrid work position meaning the days you come into the office may be flexible.
Attention to detail is paramount and the person we hire must be willing to “play all in” with being a team player.

  • You are an amazing scheduler with a sickening degree of attention to detail
  • You willingly accept your role in managing cases to ensure that schedules are met timely

  • You are an awesome juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly
  • You are adept at drafting, proofing, and reviewing legal documents
  • Though not required, experience with federal litigation preferred
  • Enjoys investigating facts to help with conflicts
  • You take pride in accurately and regularly recording your time spent on matters

The candidate must take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding, including effectively managing an ever-expanding caseload.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), but fewer hours may be possible.

Compensation: $48,500 - $65,000 yearly
