Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various hand tools and possess knowledge in areas such as tree trimming, landscape maintenance, hardscaping, lawn care, and groundskeeping.

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairs and landscaping
- Conduct tree trimming and removal as needed
- Maintain outdoor spaces by performing landscape and hardscape duties
- Handle lawn care tasks such as mowing, weeding, and watering
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Assist with groundskeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment

Experience:

- Proven experience in a maintenance person or similar role
- Proficiency in using various hand tools for repairs and maintenance
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and landscape maintenance practices
- Familiarity with hardscaping projects and lawn care procedures
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to dig, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks
