Role Overview:

• Develop real-time control systems and data acquisition software tailored for biomedical applications.
• Create multithreaded, real-time software solutions to manage simultaneous data streams and control tasks.
• Design intuitive UI/UX for biomedical software applications, enhancing user interaction and functionality.
• Implement robust data management frameworks supporting extensive data warehousing and real-time data integration.
• Utilize PLCs for software integration with hardware systems, ensuring high reliability and precision in control tasks.
• Manage full software development lifecycle, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-based infrastructures for machine learning-enhanced control systems.
• Package and distribute software applications in Linux environments, utilizing advanced version control systems to maintain code integrity and support collaborative development efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and C, with strong capabilities in real-time, multithreaded environments.
• Experienced in designing UI/UX for interactive applications in industrial or biomedical settings.
• Extensive knowledge of real-time operating systems, particularly within Linux platforms.
• Demonstrable experience with software packaging and version control tools such as Git.
• Proven ability in setting up and managing PLCs and peripheral I/O devices for integrated control solutions.
• Skilled in data integration and real-time data acquisition techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the biomedical or biotechnology industries.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory standards in biomedical software development.
• Expertise in applying AI and machine learning technologies in real-time control systems.
