Location
Our client is located in Colorado Springs, CO. Colorado Springs is known for its natural beauty, and hiking and biking activities, and a great place to make friends and raise a family. Practice Overview
Our client is an award-winning and AAHA-accredited hospital dedicated to providing the best medicine for their patients. Through their gold standard of medicine and inviting family atmosphere, the community has continuously ranked them #1 in local award ceremonies 9 years in a row. They’ve cultivated a strong culture where everyone supports one another and even comes together for monthly team-building activities. To give back to their community, they hold bake sales and all proceeds go to a pet fund to support struggling clients… and to ensure doctors are fully supported, they have 7 CVTs on staff and are equipped with digital radiology, endoscopy, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, and more!
What You’ll Be Working On
  • Nurture and maintain client relationships
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
  • Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
  • Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
  • Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
  • Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Colorado
  • 2 years of general experience is a plus!
  • Ability to perform general wellness exams and surgeries
  • New Graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
  • Interest in internal medicine
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
