Job Overview:

Beyond Media Global LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Project Manager to lead our client-facing ecommerce initiatives, particularly our partnership with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority's Small Business Ecommerce Program. The ideal candidate will excel in website development, ecommerce platforms, and digital marketing, with proficiency in platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of ecommerce website projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Ensure full compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Integrate marketing insights to inform project strategies and analyze market trends to optimize project outcomes.
• Make informed technology decisions and oversee their implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, technical specifications, and timelines, and ensure they are communicated effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct rigorous product testing, monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to learn independently and work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong resilience to client-specific situations, with flexible and analytical thinking to address and resolve challenges.
• Exceptional proposal writing, business negotiation, and client guidance skills.
• Proven track record of collaborating across teams and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience at an agency or digital services firm.
• Familiarity with ecommerce technologies, plugins, and integrations, with the ability to make strategic recommendations to clients.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a background in Computer Science is a plus.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) are advantageous.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
