We work hard to make learning and play accessible to children with motor and communication challenges. Most of our students have an autism diagnosis. Experience with the disability community would be beneficial, but is not required. Come with an open mind and an open heart and you will create meaningful change for these exceptional kiddos.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (preferred)
- Teaching certification (required)
Join our team today! Despite the special ed setting, all our classes are taught on grade level. You do not need to have any experience with autism or special ed to be an excellent educator for our students. Bring your teaching experience and expertise and trust that we can help you bridge the gap to our autistic learners. We are experts in supporting students with communicaiton, motor, and sensory differences. We will help you to learn how to adapt activities to meet their unique needs. There are several adaptive coaches present in each classroom so you will have plenty of support in all classes.
This position is set to start officially in the first week of August. However, we offer autism training throughout the summer if you are interested in getting some experience in before school begins. We highly recommend this so that you will feel confident and ready to be instructing this unique student group come fall. We do have a mandatory training week (5 full days between June 3 - July 12) so that you can meet our students, coaches, and educators.
