Exceptional temp-to-perm opportunity to be part of a dynamic collections team in well-established company in Woburn. We are seeking a strong collector who aggressively achieves collections goals.

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of aged receivables to collect on deliquent accounts
• Negotiate payment terms with customers to secure timely payments and resolve any disputes.
• Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with customers regarding their accounts.
• Work efficiently and effectively to hit collection goals
• Utilize CRM software to manage accounts and track payment activities effectively

Requirements:

• Prior experience in collections in a fast paced environment a must
• Proven ability to aggressivley go after and hit collections goals
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate payment agreements with customers.
• Exceptional problem solving skills, ability to work through disputes
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software for managing accounts effectively.
• Understanding of financial concepts such as accounts receivable and accounts payable processess.
