Assistant Project Manager
Position Overview: BFW Construction Project Managers is seeking Assistant Project Managers to manage various construction projects at the Client's location. BFW provides Owners Representation, Project Management, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety Consulting, and Real Estate Development Consulting to real estate developers, construction project managers/engineers, and large general contractors/CMs in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with owners, design teams, contractors, and subcontractors during pre-development and construction phases.
- Participate in contract bidding processes.
- Manage and supervise contractors and subcontractors on-site.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure quality control.
- Review and manage Change Orders, RFIs, and Submittals to maintain project schedules.
- Track and verify job site costs.
- Ensure successful project closeouts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of field experience.
- Proficiency in contract management.
- Experience with Excel, Bluebeam, and MS Suite.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Adherence to core values of honesty, integrity, teamwork, and equity.
