Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operations of our community located in the Bonita Springs area. Please note, this is a temporary role lasting with the potential to turn permanent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Property Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring it is maintained in accordance with tax credit regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lease violations.

Leasing and Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and assist with the leasing process.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare leasing reports as required.

Resident Relations:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Enforce lease agreements and policies consistently and fairly.
• Organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage the property budget, ensuring expenses are within budgetary constraints.
• Collect rent and other fees in a timely manner and enforce rent collection policies.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular financial reports for management.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and participate in compliance audits as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in property management
• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws, and property management best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
