Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager at BGR. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting new products and services. Some work from home is acceptable in this role, regular customer travel, and an expectation of being located in Cincinnati, OH.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Knowledge of packaging, supply chain, or related industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make strategic decisions
- Experience with CRM software and strong Excel, PPT, and BI skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
