BGSF is seeking an immediate contract Benefits/Leave Administrator for our communications client located in the Irving area! Moving quickly!
- 3 month contract assignment, potential for hire for local candidates
- 100% onsite
- $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr, DOE
- Monday – Friday, 800am – 500pm
- Requires 2 years experience with benefits, FMLA/leave/PSL, union and Workday; handles leave calls and approvals; benefits implementation and plan set up; open enrollment; 40 unions; state applications; CBA review
- Offers the opportunity for immediate remote or onsite employment, potential for hire for local candidates
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles the calls and approvals
- Assists with implementation for new life, disability and leave benefits
- Sets up benefit plan
- Assists with pre-enrollment prep work
- Requires union experience – 42 unions
- Reviews CBAs
