**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. This role requires a unique blend of real estate knowledge, administrative skills, and a passion for driving results. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in an office environment and have a proven track record of upselling and negotiating contracts.

**Duties:**

- Utilize LIHTC knowledge to lease properties to qualified tenants, ensuring a high occupancy rate and meeting sales targets.

- Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide detailed information to potential tenants.

- Review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Utilize strong phone etiquette to engage with potential tenants and schedule viewings.

- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, contract renewals, and property condition reports.

- Perform data entry tasks to update property records and track sales metrics.

- Collaborate with the legal department to ensure all contracts are legally binding and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

- Work closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing process and identify opportunities for upselling and improving property performance.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with the highest level of service and ensuring their satisfaction with the leasing process.

**Experience:**

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property leasing or a related field.

- Proven experience in real estate administrative roles, including contract negotiation and data entry.

- Familiarity with LIHTC programs and regulations.

- Strong knowledge of property law and the ability to apply it effectively in the leasing process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and meet sales targets.

- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
