We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team and work directly on a client project!

This is a 6-month contract opportunity that will provide the benefit of working fully remote after 2 weeks of onsite training (all applicants must be local to Nashville, TN).

This position will support a project aimed at assisting with a software conversion initiative. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition by handling various data entry tasks and providing customer service support.

Responsibilities:

• Upload files into the new software system
• Assist with processing applicant voucher denials
• Update email addresses in the database
• Manage landlord overpayment payables
• Review and update records in the system
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles (2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with property management software (Voyager and/or Yardi) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to work in-office for the initial 2-week training period, then transition to fully remote work
