What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years’ commercial property manager experience
- Experience with and full understanding of building systems and operations (HVAC, Lighting, Fire Control Panel, etc.)
- Experience with and full understanding of landlord and tenant laws and all financial aspects of a project. Including cash or accrual basis, CAM billing, prior year reconciliations, etc.
- Yardi experience is required.
- Kardin budgeting experience is required.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Real Estate License preferred.
- CPM or RPA designation preferred
