- Oversee the community's overall wellbeing and office/maintenance team productivity.
- Handle prospective and current resident concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
- Manage the yearly budget, code and pay invoices, and complete monthly reports.
- Monitor team performance, meet goals, and ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Onsite apartment property management experience.
- Familiarity with property management software.
