Sr. Middleware Administrator -Hybrid in Nashville, TN

This position is responsible for all middleware systems' oversight and technical expertise. This position is responsible for middleware development plans, technical support, architectural execution, and deployment methods.

Responsibilities

• Drives, Delivers, and manages middleware solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of middleware technologies and determining viability of these solutions within our application and infrastructure ecosystem
• Serves as point of escalation for troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving to drive solutions while working closely with other teams within the middleware technologies.
• Define the best middleware methodologies in implementing middleware architecture within our enterprise.
• Educates and evangelizes middleware best practices in architecture and solutions to senior leadership and/or stakeholders.
• Partners with managers, leads, and architects to utilize and determine the best middleware solutions.
• Manage and catalog middleware solutions across the enterprise which includes upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure the company is compliant with the latest software releases.

Minimum years of Experience

• 5 years of Middleware experience
• 5 Years of hands-on Middleware Implementation
• Middleware tools – SOA Suite, BizTalk, Tibco – writing to SOAP messages system, MQ series (IBM based), rabit mq, Kafka
• Java, .Net or OUAF
• Implemented Middleware as an enterprise solution.
• 3-5 Years of Middleware Administration & Support.
• Have leveraged Middleware in a hybrid environment.
