QUALIFICATIONS:
•3 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
•Background in recruiting for sales positions (business development; especially staffing), recruiting consultants (revenue generating) within a high-volume recruiting environment
•Strong business acumen and knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
•Proficiency in applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools (Greenhouse preferred)
•Solid Excel skills / technical knowledge
•Motivated and energetic personality
•Ability to work in fast-paced environment
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
