- Assist the project team in producing quality interior design work in all project phases- Understand, Discover, Concept, Develop, Document, Build, Measure, and Share.
- Support existing and new client development by delivering quality work.
- Perform effectively and efficiently on projects to help meet or exceed the project budget and schedule.
- Effectively support work in all phases of the design process.
- Participation in professional organizations or BHDP-supported community events to promote workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition.
- Undergraduate interior design degree from an accredited program (preferred).
- At least 3 years of Retail experience.
- Proficient knowledge of advanced technology (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch-up, Enscape).
- Time management skills & efficiency in your work.
