Summary

Across our beautiful campus at Hoosier Village, the HVAC Specialist performs a variety of unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the buildings, grounds, and related equipment. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Removing and installing new HVAC units
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and commercial systems
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance
• Meeting local HVAC codes
• Willing to perform plumbing services if needed
• Communicate well with residents to ensure resident satisfaction
• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Rooftop Units a plus familiar with Access Control, Actuators and Dampers, Control valves, Gas And Specialty Sensors, Relays and Contactors

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in HVAC
• Preferred: plumbing and electrical experience and certifications
