A growing company is seeking an experienced AR Manager with excellent communication skills to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with vendors and debtors consistently to ensure payments are made promptly and accurately. This role requires a proactive approach to managing accounts receivable and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities Include:

• Consistently follow up with vendors and debtors to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address any billing discrepancies.
• Generate reports on account statuses and payment progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and debtors.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
