A growing service company is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will have extensive bookkeeping experience and the capability to lead the financial team with the potential to grow into a Controller role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Overseeing financial statements and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Coordinating with the financial team to prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Monitoring and reconciling bank statements and financial transactions.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
- Supporting the financial team and providing guidance on complex financial matters.
- Preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Leading financial projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and financial performance.
- Extensive bookkeeping experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a financial team.
