Inside Sales Assistant at a Boutique Financial Institution

Seeking a personable and articulate team player to communicate effectively with current and prospective clients.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy, cooperative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Explain terms of contract
  • Walk-through process of completing required forms
  • Obtain required documents
  • Follow ups with clients to see contracts through to conclusion

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year's experience in Sales / Customer Service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, without getting bogged down.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently both over the phone and in writing.
  • Ability to deal pleasantly with clients, while not getting ruffled
  • Efficient time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted.
