Responsibilities consist of directing staff and visitors to requested locations within the building. Maintaining a safe and secure environment at the District Office. Completing inventory, maintaining the appropriate log and assigning visitor badges. Assisting Office Professionals in the reception area and responding to various questions from staff and visitors. Responding to daily incoming phone calls.
Desire extensive experience in providing excellent customer service and working with diverse populations. Additionally, desire a background in safety, security and supervision.
