Job Description: Full-time, first shift 6:45a-3:15p Call required one weekday per week. Weekend Call (one every five weeks) Job Description: The ENDO Tech is a technically trained person who functions as a member of the endoscopy team and performs under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in the delivery of care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required, or higher. Good clinical, organizational, communication, customer service and critical thinking skills required. Ability to work in a stressful environment required. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate of approved Surgical Technologist Program preferred. Associate degree preferred. Recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or ENDO Tech in an acute care or ambulatory surgery facility preferred. BLS preferred upon hire; required within 90 days.
