Bi-County Special Education Cooperative is seeking a compassionate individual to join its team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support the school districts within Whiteside and Carrol counties of IL.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role is crucial in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to improve the quality of life for students with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• RBT licensure or willingness to obtain
• 1 years of behavior management experience
