The Global Medical Affairs Lead – TA is a dynamic, strategic, and experienced medical leader as the Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Lead for one of the following therapeutic areas (TA): Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic (CRM); Central Nervous System (CNS), Retinopathies and Emerging Areas (CREA), Inflammation, or Oncology. The role is positioned as a direct link between a specific TA and GMA. The primary objective of the role, in direct partnership with TAs, GMA, Regions and key countries, will be to continuously evolve how we bring medications to patients by ensuring excellence in cross-TA medical affairs skills, capabilities and deliverables (including, but not limited to medical excellence competencies and platforms, clinical practice-focused competencies and novel evidence generation approaches, Real World Evidence (RWE) design and execution, and externally-led, advanced competency building).
