Position OverviewGOSH Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support to ensure we stay ahead in the competitive restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, analytical agility, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the enterprise.
In this role, you will
- Strategic Influence Work closely with senior leadership to shape and drive the financial strategy of the company. Your insights will directly impact key business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with various departments, including Operations, Marketing, and HR, to ensure financial goals are aligned across the organization. You will play a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes financial discipline and accountability.
- Process Improvement Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems. Implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Market Analysis Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide relevant insights that support business planning and competitive positioning.
- Project Management Lead and manage special projects, including M&A activities, new business ventures, and major capital investments. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver expected financial outcomes.
- Well-rounded Corporate FP&A skillset to include Budgeting, Forecasting, Pricing Analysis, Revenue Analysis, and Financial Reporting
- Strong dashboarding and data visualization skillset; creation of Power BI dashboards and integrations or similar visualization software
- Experience leading/performing a wide variety of project-specific financial analyses to include revenue growth, expense optimization, headcount analysis, real estate ROI, and IT and investment ROI
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (Oracle, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI).
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Professional certifications a plus
- Treasury management a plus
- Proven track record of managing multiple deadlines and business partners.
