Job Details: Responsibilities
- Create and implement initiatives, business data standardization, requirements for data software development needed for solutions, and operations process development
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Analyze data and processes, for internal customers, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings, for internal teams
- Structure large data sets to find usable information, and across various data sources
- Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
- Establish KPIs/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to gather information, so they need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as be good listeners
- Liaison with management to coordinate process improvement, project activities and maintain project timeframes
Qualifications
- Data coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
- Proficient in using analytical programs (i.e. MS Access, PowerBI, Tableau, Azure Kusto), as well as spreadsheet software (i.e. Excel) and flow-charting tools (i.e. Visio)
- Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
- Have excellent technical writing skills (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to produce presentations and reports
- Experience Azure DevOps for work tracking
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques, and cloud technologies
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Must think creatively to solve problems, need to have strong troubleshooting skills to find new ways to help the team achieve their goals, be a continuous learner with a high-quality focus, and be a self-starter
- Familiarity with machine learning principles (i.e. Artificial intelligence, data science, training data models)
- Have experience in business process designs, technical operations (i.e. Hardware or Software testing), and meeting facilitation
