SUMMARY: Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated professional to apply their skills and experience as a vital addition to the team in administrative support. Must be able to read, characterize, prepare and submit profiles and manifests.
Duties Or Responsibilities

• Proposal preparation, completion and submissions, providing pricing quotes for new waste streams
• Data analysis of monthly and annual budgets
• Provide guidance to assist clients with required Federal/State Regulatory documentation orany other reasonable duties which may be required for this role
• Work closely with owner and top-level executives to design or create various marketing presentations, reports, and brochure materials
• Assisted with Tradeshow activities and promotional events

Experience And Qualifications

• 5 years as executive assistant/office manager
• 5 years in waste management industry
• Proposal Management
• Workflow schedules and adherence to strict deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS
• Team player with positive direct working relationships with all levels of personnel. Ambitious self-starter and independent thinker.
