We are seeking a driven and strategic individual to join Biden for President (BFP) as the Constituency Paid Digital Lead to support our Hispanic Outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our persuasion and mobilization strategy, execution, and amplification of Joe Biden's message to reach key Hispanic voting blocks using paid digital ads. Your primary goal will be to work with the Director of Paid Digital and Deputies and Constituency firms, as well as In-House Creative, Analytics, Paid Media Agencies, and key stakeholders to help push our Hispanic digital program forward in hopes of moving hearts and minds in support for our campaign on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities

• In coordination with our Constituency firm, manage paid media strategy and support execution of our Hispanic digital persuasion program.
• Coordinate with our Constituency firm to develop forward-thinking, innovative media strategies, identifying creative ways to reach Hispanic voters.
• Participate in creating relevant, cross-channel content for our paid digital HIspanic outreach.
• Working to test, measure, and analyze different ad creatives and copy variations to maximize our campaigns strength.
• Working with paid media agencies, constituency firms, coalitions, and other key stakeholders to drive our digital program forward.
• Coordinating w Analytics, Director of Audience, and the Paid Digital team to identify key audiences across states and platforms to deliver correct messages to key audiences.
• Communicating program creative asset needs and deliverables between Constituency firm and digital agencies who execute the buys.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years in paid media experience preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale persuasion programs preferred.
• Experience leading Latino voter or consumer focused programs strongly preferred.
• In-platform/hands on keyboard experience preferred.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
