The Biden for President (BFP) campaign is looking for a Program Manager to join the Digital Partnerships team. In this role, you will manage and execute content partnerships between campaign principals and digital content creators. The ideal candidate for this role closely tracks digital trends, has strong political instincts, and is passionate about the digital content creator space. They have a deep interest in politics and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time and based in Wilmington, DE.
Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and propose authentic content partnerships between campaign principals and digital creators.
• Manage and execute video content partnerships from beginning to end.
• Work with digital creators and their teams to develop unique content formats for collaborations with campaign principals.
• Track and report on relevant metrics.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with digital creators and/or elected officials.
• Proven experience in content creation and strategy, particularly in vertical video formats.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple projects moving at different speeds in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to relocate to the Wilmington, Delaware area.

$65,000 - $85,000 a year
