JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Department

RN- MED/SURG

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Department will have the following job responsibilities:

• · You will maintain overall accountability/responsibility for assigned patients
• · You will manage efficient flow of patient care including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care and comfort, and arranging for admissions, testing and discharges
• · You will maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and examination results
• · You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders
• · You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
• · You will respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Department

RN- MED/SURG

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Must have completed an accredited RN program.
• Must have a current RN license in the State of Texas, COMPACT nursing state, or have the ability to obtain one.
• Must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Compensation: $32-50/hour

$7500 Signing Bonus
