Site Based Program Manager
Position Summary:
The Site Based Program Manager will lead and manage a team of direct reports to ignite potential in youth through direct facilitation and oversight of the Rise Up program, Workplace, College, and High School Bigs Mentoring Programs. As a people leader, this individual will offer direction, foster accountability, and ensure program quality and delivery with a focus on youth development and volunteer engagement.

Essential Responsibilities
· The Site Based Program Manager is responsible for the full management and facilitation of BBBSLI programmatic partnerships.
· Ongoing contact with stakeholders (guardians, school corporate partners), following up on issues or opportunities that arise in and out of program time.
· Directly support Site Based Match Support Specialists and Interns toward successful match support, achievement of program goals, and program participant retention.
· Oversee the Rise Up program and provided bi-weekly supervision to Rise up Career Specialist.
· Provide people management and leadership to align with role expectations including QA, accountability, exceptional program delivery, and management to ensure the professional development of direct reports and a best in the class volunteer experience.
· Manage site based one-to-one mentoring programs at multiple corporate, college and school locations.
· Facilitate Workplace, College and High School Mentoring Programs providing Match Support to school age youths (Littles) and their volunteer mentors (Bigs) to build longer, stronger mentoring relationships; effectively resolve child safety concerns by following established protocols.
· Lead and manage intake for new youth enrolling in the program to ensure accurate assessment of readiness through a biopsychosocial intake interview process; Onboard new Littles and Bigs to program.
· Establish new match relationships as needed across the program; Offer oversight of the matching process to direct reports.
· Align with BBBSLI’s standards for program management in supervision of direct reports and maintain accountability to BBBSLI intake processes, match support protocols, and program curriculum and delivery.
· Proactively ensure a 90% Supervision Success rate with matches for both own caseload and direct report’s caseloads via phone, email, or in-person meeting; provide coaching where appropriate and support “off month” communication between matches.
· Contribute to planning, program development, and partnership development in the implementation of all Site Based and Rise Up strategic initiatives.
· Oversee the planning and delivery of events designed to increase access to programming for school aged youth.
· Monitor program progress and maintain participant records in accordance with our partner’s contractual requirements.
· Create and maintain a network of high school partners and organizations related to academic support, social-emotional development, and other referral partners to support wraparound services for Littles.
· Serve as a representative of the BBBSLI Rise Up and Site Based Mentoring Program internally and externally.
· Ensure a high-level of proficiency and skill in applying child safety and risk management knowledge, policies and procedures throughout all aspects of job function.
· Identify and report child safety issues between children and volunteers.
· Conduct ongoing direct communication with Workplace coordinators, School Coordinators and Principals to provide accurate agency and program info.
· Work with corporations and schools to develop individualized programs and plans.
· Conduct outreach to volunteers, including site community presentations and partnerships with local businesses and colleges.
· Facilitate orientations for potential volunteers, youth participants, and their parents/guardians.
· On-site supervision of matches in absence of Match Support specialist.
· Maintain professional records of all case supervision contacts.
· Coordinate and participate in conferences with school personnel for individual youth as needed.
· Participate in interdepartmental events and teams.
· Other agency and program related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory Experience
· LMSW with SIFI certification Required
· Effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in technical areas such as Microsoft Office: SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
· Interpersonal savvy to make connections with education, community, and corporate leaders.
· Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity, and project a professional image of trust
· Minimal physical requirements include walking, standing, occasional lifting, sitting at workstation and supporting community activities and events.

Thursday: 12:30 – 8:30 pm
Friday: 9 am -5 pm
Must work two Saturdays per month in place of Monday.
Saturday: 9-5

Pay: $62,500.00 - $67,000.00 per year
